Senior Account Manager

Position: Sr. Account Manager

Permanent - Full Time

Responsibilities:

 

  • Project management and working on all client accounts that involves web design, media buy, graphic design, social media, branding, and videography and photography as well as any marketing, media, and advertising services provided by InTouch communications.

  • Manage portfolio; develop positive working relationships with all customer touchpoints.

  • Drive client retention, renewals, upsales, and client satisfaction.

  • Work closely with Account Manager(s) and Graphic Designer, Operation Manager and freelancers on day-to-day operational processes including campaign set-up, receipt of creative or tags, trafficking, optimization, and troubleshooting.

  • Work with internal cross-functional teams to understand customer goals and key performance metrics and exceed those goals throughout the campaign.

  • Leverage technical tools and quantitative data to manage campaigns to success, high customer satisfaction, and renewal.

  • Prepare monthly campaign insights reporting, including analysis and research.

  • Train and manage Account Managers to ensure all deliverables are being completed in a timely manner to the clients’ satisfaction.

  • Provide input on new processes and workflows as needed.

  • Focus on ensuring superior customer service, developing strong client relationships, operational excellence, and strategic insight.

  • coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet clients' needs.

  • identifying opportunities to grow accounts.

  • Following up on leads and winning new clients.

  • Developing and maintaining excellent knowledge and understanding of our business, offerings, competitors, and industry. 

  • Plan and execute a marketing strategy for the organization and for new and existing products or services.

  • Oversee the implementation of the marketing strategy.

  • Guide the day-to-day activities of the marketing team and marketing manager.

  • Manage and measure marketing campaign costs.

  • Update and complete quarter business review analysis (quarterly) and the Goals/KPI appraisal sheet (monthly).

  • Commitment to achieve the new sales task provided that there is no impact on the current portfolio management and efficiency.

  • To provide a motivated and prepared workplace to enhance work productivity and efficiency.

  • Commitment to spend time on a monthly basis to enhance personal development, learning capacity and as well as gain more knowledge regarding the marketing and advertising trends in relevant industries.

Requirements:

 

● 3-5 years of professional work experience in a related field.

● Graduate of college/university in public relations, marketing, or a related field. 

● Exceptional English language writing and grammar skills. 

● Highly proficient proofreading and editing skills.

● Knowledge of digital and social media marketing best practices. 

● Exceptional organizational skills.

● Ability to be creative and think outside the box.

● Meticulous attention to detail; strong analytical skills; and strong interpersonal skills. 

● Proactive; takes ownership; highly organized; responsible and deadline-driven. 

● Ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
